Anns Cottage started as a small shop as part of a petrol filling station in Polzeath, selling and renting out surfboards, bodyboards and equipment to the early surfing pioneers, as well as providing beachware to the holiday makers coming to enjoy the glorious beach and gentle waves of Polzeath.

Now Ann's Cottage has become one of the largest retailers of surfwear and accessories for guys, ladies, boys, girls and toddlers in Cornwall and with an online surf shop that gives you access to a range of the leading leisure and surfwear brands including Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, O'Neill, Rip Curl, Animal, C-Skins, Oakley, Hurley, Reef, Volcom, DC, Weird Fish, Fit Flop and many more from the comfort of your own home.

The online store is constantly updated with stock and aims to be one of the biggest and most up to date online surf and leisure clothing retailers in the business. Ann's Cottage have always provided a great and reliable surf check and naturally progressed to set up two great surf web cams at Polzeath beach which have proved very popular over the years. Moving with the times these web cams have been updated to the latest streaming windows media video cameras that allow full screen shots and real time visuals of the surf. One of these cams also sweeps up and down the beach to cover all tidal positions.

The latest update in anns cottage surf checks is the very exciting new fistral beach web cam. This is a state of the art multi zoom high definition video link that will be constantly maintained by our team of surfers on the beach at fistral for the most up to date and best shots of the surf availble from fistral beach.

Anns cottage is one of the South Wests surfing success stories with stores in POLZEATH, NEWQUAY, WADEBRIDGE, PADSTOW, BUDE, FALMOUTH, THE CORNWALL SURF CENTRE @ST COLUMB and the barrellingly popular St Columb Major Clearance Warehouse. Close enough to the European surf capital of Newquay, the clearance warehouse is a year round sale store that lists all the top brands as mentioned above but at massively discounted prices.
