About Bova

Many interesting spots along south-facing Route 106. Bova is the most consistent and reliable spot on the Ionic coast. Long, rivermouth (often dry) left with steep take-off and occasional sucky barrels. Needs strong SE winds to be blowing in the swell.

Shallow inside over boulders. Possible currents. This is the main spot in the area and is often crowded. Decent water except after heavy rain.
