The Cold Water Classic Series has always offered the wild and rugged and yesterday was no exception. Dawn broke on some decent sized surf and the competition got down to the business end, running up until the quarter finals.

With action comes drama and both the current World Number One, Jordy Smith as well as the current CWC Series leader, Royden Bryson were knocked out of the competition opening up the field for both the event and series title.
