Peaks break over a rocky, uneven shelf leading into long walled lefts and shorter rights at lower tides only. Get out at mid tide before the surge over the reef.

It’s Oleron’s premier spot and highly consistent but violent rips and shallow rocky bottom should deter the less skilled. Botties protect against urchins on the long walk over the channelled fishing reef.
