Right now it's mid winter in Australia and low after low has been pouring up from the Roaring 40s whacking Western Oz, right around past Tasmania into the Tasman Sea, Sydney, and beyond into the Coral Sea.
Winter in Eastern Australia didn't roar into life, off the back of a cyclone season which failed to live-up to much. Before finally kicking into life with a series of quality swells.
"Some amazing banks have once again formed on certain beaches in our area giving surfers some pretty tasty barrels to slot into. Said Alex (Bluesnapper)
"This time of year is when we get offshore (west) winds, and when combined with a bit of East in the swell, everywhere lights up."
I genuinely don't even know what's going to happen to this guy (picture 1 with text shrunk!!!); A) dive and go for the through the back = over the falls and nice back breaker B) Dive for the bottom = rapidly draining reef with the lip ready to unleash and break you or your board
