Board Rentals

Don’t feel like lugging your board to Nicaragua? Don’t worry! We're all about sharing here. That's bascially what we do. We try to stock the shop with at least one of everything, so that you can walk in and just get what you want.

We have all sizes of surfboards - high-performance fiberglass shortboards, longboards, indestructable funboards, etc. - all sizes, all types. We rent per day, per week, per month: whatever floats your fancy.

If you wish, call or write ahead, and let you know if we have exactly what you are looking for, and if not, I'll go out and find it. We can even meet you in Rivas or Managua.

Trip N' Tours!

We offer trips by boat or by car, always leaving from "El Lindo Puerto," San Juan del Sur.

On the boat, access multiple surf breaks with style and ease. It's your VIP access card all private beaches. No guards to turn you away or thieves stealing your stuff.

What the boat trips run (group prices):

Playa Yankee and the "secret spots" in between here and there-
$120 up to 6 people
$150 up to 8 people
For really big groups, ask ahead of time.

Playa Colorado, Maderas, Manzanillo, and Santana
$180 up to 4 people
$200 up to 8 people

For next March, we are planning the adventure of a lifetime, one week sailing up the coast of Nicaragua from San Juan del Sur north. (Si Dios quiere) we will anchor in the fishing villages north of San Juan and explore world-class waves. This is a brand new idea, but if it interests you, surfing and sailing for the better part of a week in Nicagua, let us know.

FISHING TRIPS

Fishing season is generally May through November. We catch Tuna, Dorado (Mahi), Jack, and Rooster.
$40/hour

CFS (Cheap F-er Special

We do cheap trips daily in the truck to the more accessible breaks. In addition, Dave offers a really great trip to Popoyo, Santana, and Astillero, where he spends a couple of nights up there exploring the area and then brings you back to "El Lindo Puerto." The trip is $25 round trip per person - 4 or five people or pay the minimum $100.

Surf Lessons

We match you with an experienced, fun, patient, local surf instructor -- almost always English speaking. $30 includes transportation, one hour of instruction per person (give or take) and board rental for all day. Wetsuits and rashguards available on request. $15 per additional hour of lessons.

We match you with the right board and instructor and suggest the right beach at the right time to get the most out of your experience.Please try to come in or call a day ahead of time.
Advanced lessons are per session. Your instructor surfs with you and we work to get you to the next level.
