Consistent, crowded reef to the SE, works best around high tide. As main beach. Soft reefbreak, starts breaking on a rock ledge and ends on sand. Handles more size than the other breaks. Some shelter from S wind. Popular 7km stretch of average beachbreak, good for beginners, best mid to high. Park in car park W of Llanengan village at S end. Rips at size and jellyfish in summer.
