A sheltered spot for those not willing to tackle la Nord on big days. Favours lefts and gives beginner/improvers somewhere to surf away from the rippers. Easy and never too big, but turns into an unsurfable shorebreak on high-tide.
Water quality is dubious, being so close to the rivermouth.
