Ika Ika Surf Camp

IKA IKA is a Surfing school camp in south Tenerife. We give Surf classes for adults. We give Surf lessons for all level: Beginners and Advanced courses. All our instructors have extensive experience both in Teaching and practice of Surf & Leisure. Our accommodation offers the following: WiFi, Digital Plus, separate bathrooms on each floor and various entertainment areas. All the requirements for a comfortable stay, only a few steps away from the sea. We are 10 minutes from the south airport and 5 minutes from the bus station of Playa de las Americas and all transfers are free. Transport to/from the airport is included.

Surf In Tenerife

The Canary Islands, known in ancient times as the "Fortunate Islands", enjoy a steady subtropical climate with mild temperatures, marine breezes and warm waters.
The waves are constant and good quality (right and left) suitable to any level of performance and await surfers the whole year-round. The water temperature varies between 18 degrees in winter to 24 ° c in summer. The favorable weather enjoyed by the Island with its 23 degrees in winter and 30 degrees of air temperature in summer, turns it into an excellence destination for surfers the year-round. A 3/2 wetsuit may be useful, but boardshorts and springsuits are usual here.

Surf School

**Beginners

We realize beginners courses all year round. Our monitors have an international lifeguard's licence. Open for all ages (over 18) and all levels. Enjoy our surf school!

Course Details:

- Learn to surf knowing all the essentials to move yourself within the waves, in an independent way.

- Learn to know the ocean, currents and waves.

- Learn the surf norms to be applied in the water.

- Practice this sport with security.

- Rowing and take-off technics.

- Heating and stretching, specific for surfing.

Advanced

We realize advanced courses all year round. Our monitors have an international lifeguard's licence. Open for all ages (over 18) and all levels. Enjoy our surf school!
