THE idea behind Analog's Lavase Las Manos was to give a little insight into Nathan’s irregular world. A world it seems entirely composed of the best breaks in the world and very little talking. From booming Teahupoo to third reef Pipe and classic Mavericks, this five part never before seen series is an endless procession of mind-numbing drops, barrels and aerials.

“The movie is heavily influenced by Nathan’s personality and sense of humour, which is always entertaining. It definitely is not like all other surf movies”, said AG Surf Team Manager Geoff Moysa.

From the opening scene as Nathan gets slammed by an angry lip it's a full-on, beefed-up charge down the line. Forget taking about the importance of living in harmony with one's environment or ponderous cut scenes, it's just not his style.
