The Role: Join our team supporting customers of our online store, on the phone, by email and occasionally face to face. We're 100% surf, if you want to work in an environment that supports your passion than this is the place to be. Working 9-5, five days a week to include a Saturday we offer flexible working and salary by negotiation. You must be able to commute to our warehouse in Kingsbridge, Devon.
You: You're passionate about surfing and excited to test and learn more about the latest boards, hardware and wetsuits but you're also able to patiently and courteously assist customers with wide ranging levels of experience buy the equipment that suits them best. You're able to deal with questions or issues promptly and efficiently by phone or email as appropriate. Your written english is good, you're computer literate and able to manage your own time and work well within a team. Attitude and aptitude are more important than experience, although all three would be perfect! Ideally available to work shortly.
