[PT-Zicatela sessions]

PUERTO Escondido has been rocked by a recent series of swells, commencing in late March and continuing all through April. Put simply it's been pumping and Lonnie Caruthers from RPM Surfer has been on the ground to capture it all. Zicatela Beach is where it all happens and if you're thinking of coming here bring a couple of spare boards.

Who says you should turn and face danger? ... Casual Golden© 2009 - Lonnie Caruthers/RPM Surfer

For what I hear is happening with my countryman, you can bet the sea is the safest place! , it has always been so!

Trust me; Angelo was just happy to be able to come home on this morning and have a good lunch at our local juice bar, but... First had to get a few more like this one only inside the barrel too. Just couldn't let one close out stop him so as best as I can remember he got like another 4 or 5 huge waves and at least two of them he ended up inside the GREEN ROOM and out again. www.RpmSURFER.com
