yea those two fools arguing down there are complete fools. some of the best surfers from south jersey are in this (humpries, morgan, richards) and oh yea they are PROS most live in ocean city the town over from me. if you think jersey surfers suck check out rob kelly, andrew gestler, and maybe you heard of him, DEAN RANDAZZO fing kooks
HAHAHAHA hell yea man, im tired of ppl think nj surf sucks. we deal with the worst conditions and we still kill it. im going to backdoor in june and imma blow that place up
Yea brah make sure you come to poverty beach when the wind is SE fairly hard with a nice N swell and you might score some pumping barrels maybe even fist pump worthy
looks sick. no paddle out. off shore. and hollow. you could lose track of your wave count out there. but way cold. definately a green bottle experience, maybe be even a little whiskey to boot.
I and I...thank you..
Justin: what's up bro?? Long time man!!!! :)
cabra: I know who u r.
to all the other positive comments, I thank you. Even you negative fellas, I thank for viewing..to each his own.
Cheers,
Len
Wow,
If you aren't me you suck. The only good surf spot is the one I surf. The only good surfers are the ones I surf with. The only good country is the one I live in....
Truly, the best wave in the world is the one you are on!!! Great video.
Nice clip Lenny. Got it like that when I was back home for XMAS. Havn't surfed 45 deg. water in a long time! Not bad when its barreling like that though. Justin
There are many surf spots up and down the New England Coast, but shadowed areas like fire island are a little more fickle than the more exposed islands, but at the same time can be a little more accessible during a bigger swell event.
Further, it won't be anything like Ireland in terms of power and consistency, but there are definitely some fun surfs to be had. You just have to be on it when the waves are there. Good Luck
Meh. Usually Cape May is not very good (this video shows that). If I had to pick a spot in NJ to go to would be Manasquan or Casino Pier. These are a bunch of poop closeouts.
That's fine if you think I am a kook, but let everyone else make up their own mind. And I know that there are better spots. I don't even surf those areas often. I was speaking in general terms. I stick to Ship Bottom and Surf City myself.
Ok, so I have been sitting around, I connected this "Vid" (if you are in the "in" crowd you can refer to it as a "vid", all you other honkies call it a video) to my 70 inch flat screen and have had it on repeat for 9 hours now. I have noticed the camera is very shaky and I think the filmer had a serious drinking and who know what else problem. The only cure for this is to come to La Isla del encanto so you can blend in with everyone else and fly under the pakete.
BTW...I don't even surf places unless The waves are 4x OH!! and there are x-mas trees on the beach with big bags and rocks under them, these are my 2 prerequisites for me to challange the waves. And if I have said it once I have said it a million times.... "NOAA's Wavewatch III has been pretty dead on for this past week of swell. Magicseaweed has been pretty off. Use the little Magicseaweed chart with discretion. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico."...What more can I say?
Looky here, The only problem I got with watching a bunch of white boys drop into some gay close outs is watching white boys who want to be black or ethnic drop into gay close outs. This is probably a sensitive spot so should not be on here. Instead of filming a bunch of honkie donkies I would be at home drinking the finest local brew of the area with ice cubes and a big big bag or "pakete" as I like to call it to help with my cataracts.
