IMBITUBA, Brazil (Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008) – Round 2 of the Hang Loose Santa Catarina Pro is off again today. The small, two foot conditions on offer are not suitable for Dream Tour competition. Forecasts indicate that the contest may resume tomorrow.

ASP World Tour Rookie Jordy Smith (ZAF), who had amassed the highest scores of Round 1 before being penalized for making priority mistakes, will take on Pedro Henrique (BRA) in Heat 9.

Each and every one of the upcoming Round 2 heats will feature a Brazilian surfer and all 16 heats will be webcast live via www.aspworldtour.com Another call on competition status will be made tomorrow at 7:30am.
