A RARE 20 second swell will hit almost the entire west-facing North Atlantic from Iceland to Senegal this weekend. A rare swell event that has been generated by an intense low pressure system north of the Caribbean will have wave-riders from Helsinki to Dakar surfing the same pulse of energy. Go and get some in.

	Fantastic surfing in Lahinch and Fanore in Ireland on Friday and Saturday. Combined with an even rarer blast of hot weather, it was one of those memorable 3-year events. Very strange combination though: air temp 28 deg C and water temp 10 deg C
