Swell Chart
This chart shows 'significant swell height', or the average of the largest third of waves out to sea and their direction. What it doesn't show is the quality of the surf or the size of the actual wave on the beach. It'll give you a very good idea of whats to come in the week ahead but if you want to get a really good forecast use the period and wind charts as well.
