The Canary Islands offer optimal conditions for learning surfing year round. Our surfschool runs surfcamps and surf courses for beginner and advanced surfers on Fuerteventura. We're looking forward to sharing our enthusiasm for surfing and sharing the fantastic beaches of Fuerteventura. Aloha!

The incredible feeling of riding along a wall of water, feeling one with the forces of nature cannot be described. Surfing unites different cultures, religions and people of different ages.

We want you, regardless of your age, your surfing experience and skill, to enjoy surfing and learning surfing as much as possible and all this with maximum safety!

Surfing on the Canary Islands

The Canary Islands are known as the European Hawaii.
A name the islands truly deserve, because during the European autumn and winter seasons the beaches and reefs on Fuerteventura and Lanzarote provide excellent surfing conditions for every type of surfer from beginner to advanced.

Spring and summer seasons on the islands offer optimal surfing conditions for beginners and intermediates. Moderate wave heights, 100 percent sun guarantee, tourists from all over the world and romantic sunsets, make Fuerteventura and Lanzarote the ideal place to learn and improve your surfing.

Fuerteventura

Deserted beaches, never ending off road pistes, 365 days sunshine a year- welcome to Fuerteventura!

Fuerteventura, nearly as big as Tenerife, is sparsely populated.
A place of opposites - crystal clear blue water, white sand, tourist hype and the end of the world adjoin close. A rough beauty where you will have a little taste of adventure every day.

Lanzarote

Black sand, green cactus fields and cesar manrique…
Lanzarote have the islands with the youngest volcanoes of the Canarys and provides beautiful little fishing villages, heaps of spots with culture and art, a few of the best surf spots in Europe and some real secret surf spots, pssst…!

Surf Courses & Surfschool on Fuerteventura

Our surfschool runs surf courses year round on Fuerteventura. All surf lessons are parallel, so you can start your surf course any day of the year.
We recommend two weeeks surfschool for maximum progress.

On request we can arrange a personal surf course package for you.

All courses contain: surf equipment (surfboard, wetsuit etc.), theory and practical instruction, videocoaching, transfers to the most suitable surf spot, transfers to your accommodation and insurance.

1 day 5 hours surf course / surfschool (beginner / intermediate / advanced) - 45 euro
3 days 3 x 5 hours / 15 hours surf course (beginner / intermediate / advanced) - 120 euro
5 days 5 x 5 hours / 25 hours surf course (beginner / intermediate / advanced) - 190 euro
5 days intensiv 8 x 5 hours / 40 hours surf course (beginner / intermediate / advanced) - 265 euro

Beginner Surf Lessons / Surfschool

(Every day we choose the surf spot with the best wind and wave conditions according to your surf level.)

Program:
- riding a broken wave on your belly in waist to chest deep water
- taking off on a broken wave in waste to chest deep water
- trimming and turning the surfboard on a broken wave in waste to chest deep water
(contains minimum two videocoachings)

Advanced Beginner Surf Lessons / Surfschool
(Every day we choose the surf spot with the best wind and wave conditions according to your surf level.)

Program:
- paddling and diving technique to reach the line up
- positioning in the line up, searching the peak (beginning of the wave)
- catching a green/unbroken wave on your belly
- taking off on a green/unbroken wave
- bottom turn
(contains minimum two videocoachings)

Our Appartements

We believe that a sporting and relaxing holiday includes accommodation that makes you feel comfortable and at home.
The accommodation we offer have quiet surroundings, neat and cosy arrangements, and are walking distance to the beach as are the little boutiques, restaurants, bars and a disco, where you can enjoy the evening and gently let it fade away.

We offer a wide range of different accommodation for every taste and budget.

Our surfcamp and our surfschool office are situated in Costa Calma, on the narrowest part of Fuerteventura. At this part of the island you only need five minutes by car to drive from the east coast to the west coast.
Tip: You want surf and windsurf? Then you're at the perfect location - in Costa Calma there are some excellent windsurfing schools.

Costa Calma
Costa Calma is a young village, that stretches from desolate cliffs in the north, to the sprawled out dunes of the southern peninsula. The gently inclined area allows an amazing sea view from every place in the village.
Costa Calma has got everything a holidaymakers heart could desire: a long white beach for sunset walks; supermarkets and boutiques; cosy restaurants and a disco.

Our apartments in Costa Calma are situated in the same apartment complex, that you can enjoy the evening together and gently let it fade away. The apartment complex is in walking distance to the beach and has got a swimming pool.

You can also book full board for an additional charge.

Our surfcamp is bookable year-round - that's how it works:

1. Write us a request with the time period you desire.(We will answer immediately!)

2. Book your flight suitable to your desired time period.

3. After you chosen your accommodation and your surf course, you will recive a booking confirmation with invoice. Done!
