UK photographer, Lewis Arnold, and surfers Jesse and Owain Davies put together an inspiring collection of waves covering a wide range of locations around the world but it’s the home grown waves that really stand out.
If your idea of surf perfection involves getting up in the dark, frost covered ground, light offshores, crystal skies and thumping surf you’re going love this journey of cold water slabs, points, reefs and beaches that this DVD will provide.
My only criticism is that as good as the sound track is, I’m not sure it does the quality of the filming or content justice and with a little bit more financial backing or an upbeat soundtrack, this DVD would be up there with the best.
Still in the grand scale of things it is a minor point and you can always turn the sound down and play your own soundtrack.
