City spot with a concrete promenade that ensures a good number of onlookers, but also a nasty backwash at high tide. Usually mushy but rarely closes out close to the jetty when it's big and windy. In summer walk south to find empty peaks.
High consistency, often crowded and all facilities including surf shop and school.
