Monster is the only world to describe the swell headed toward Tassie for the latter part of the weekend and start of next week.
It's big, with 30ft seas and a bit of south in the angle should allow the swell to light up a lot of the southern Australian coast and maybe a bone crushing slab or two.
High pressure sitting to the north should produce favourable winds and currently the forecast promises to deliver at least one classic day.
