OAHU'S two faces have been lighting up recently. North or south? Town or country? Well normally you don't get much a chance to compare with the two swell seasons relying on polar opposite storm systems. However continuing with the theme that this year has been an 'odd one' south swells arrived early on Oahu's southern shore as early as Feb and north-west swells have even made an appearance up top as late as May. The North Shore was far from its epic best but the bonus swell was a welcome present for the locals.
