YAKWAX was established in April 2002 and was formally known as The Surf Shop Guernsey. Up until this year we have been trading online as SurfSkateStreet.co.uk and have built up a reputation for offering a wide variety of products from a diverse number of brands along with customer service that is second to none! In 2009 We changed the name of our shop and our website... YAKWAX was born.

YAKWAX is located on Portinfer Coast Road, which resides on the beautiful Island of Guernsey’s West Coast. We specialize in Surf and Skate clothing, Skate Shoes, Wetsuits, Surf Accessories, Board Shorts, Urban Clothing and Music Fashion. We also stock the largest amount of Skate hardware available on the Island.

YAKWAX is run by Surfers and Skaters so we know what we are talking about. We're always happy to help out, offer advice and point you in the right direction for all your surf and skate needs.

Whether you need a full setup or just a new deck Yakwax is the place to be. We stock the best quality skate hardware on the market as well as entry level beginner setups. Deck, Trucks, Wheels or bearings we have got it all. Our skate gear sells quick so we don't always have time to get it online.
