Cross Stepping looks soooo gay! I mean c'mon..does anyone deny that? Equally asinine is 'nose riding'! C'mon man, grow some balls and start doing some REAL SURFING! Faggy cross stepping and old fart nose riding is from the 1950's with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello! Nose riding means you're riding crappy small waves on your 14ft board because you're too fat, old, and out of shape to actually surf for real.

On the subject of noseriding and cross stepping the picture of a guy doing an air on a 'funboard' isn't evidence of anything to do with noseriding and cross stepping so the person posting it is obviously not acting rationally and is already in knee jerk emotional response mode ( one point to RH ) . . . . however the guy noseriding on the tail is definitely proof of Rockhard's suggestion that that nose riding is pathetic because it really is patheticly dysfunctional and is ugly as well !

Hey Tootes I'm way more open minded than the Fing normal surf industry who have been parroting for decades that a board isn't a proper longboard unless it is a noserider, I broke that stupid restrictive mould and have done more innovation over the past 15 years than most of the franchised foam scrapers put together. In fact a lot of the innovations which are being claimed by the machine these days were ours from the beginning . . . flex and perimeter stringers for example.

Seeing things as they are and rejecting the BS is not narrow minded it's just clear minded.

I don't hate the surf industry, I'm just opposed to much of it.. . . it's the opposition and possibly even the enemy, but we do try to 'Love thy enemy' as much as we can, and we don't allow ourselves to indulge in hate
