This chart shows current swell quality for the UK and surrounding waters. The data is grabbed from the NDBC Buoys every few minutes, the image then updated every quarter of an hour. You can expect the actual data to be about an hour old. The calculation factors swell height and period together, with a greater emphasis on period.
