Ola! The Amstel Surfilm Festibal 8 (Donostia – San sebastián, 10-13 June 2010) is back and this year we are introducing a new film competition: THE SURF FILM CONTEST!! This is an international surf film competition made up of two parts: a) The Short Film Contest All the short films (5 minutes max; check the rules at surfilmfestibal.com) will be broadcasted through our Dailymotion.com channel. Entries can be submitted from February the 15th until May the 15th 2010. An international jury (we will disclose its members on March the 1st) will award the different prizes for each category (except for the Public’s Choice prize). The winner of the main prize (Best Short Film presented by Amstel) will get 1500€; the other prizes will be announced on March the 1st. The categories are:
