Blaketown Challenge 2009 Yeee Haaa Easter Weekend

by on Wednesday 1st April, 2009   1540 Views

This is the comp that all bodyboarders in Aotearoa dream of attending.

Last year Floyd Smith from Piha took out the Open Mens Division, he was stoked to take out the trophy and the $500 cheque.  Who’s gonna win this year?  Who knows, it could be 2007’s winner Chris Martin, who is making the return trip back to his hometown.  It could be one of the residents Tezza Ferguson or Ben McFake?  It could be previous winner Sam Wells from Chch, it could be any of the Dunno’s crew?  Could be any of the wellington Crew?  Mt Maunganui crew?

Good luck and lets hope the swell gods are good to us all.

peace out
