This dredging right broke off a Moroccan military-controlled harbour, but, according to The Surfer’s Journal, is now extinct, thanks to a further extension of the breakwater. Jerome Sayhoun and Antoine Delpero were among the small contingent to be granted access before the death blow was dealt.
