The Fatal Shore

by on Wednesday 2nd March, 2011   24857 Views

AN epic short documenting discovery in Van Diemen’s Land, directly referencing Mickey Smith’s introspective Celtic style.

The Fatal Shore was a name given to Tasmania, the island prison, at that time a wild rock hanging off the bottom of the world where the British Empire dumped their most unruly prisoners. Now home to the hardiest of souls who alongside their cold water brethren in the Northern Hemisphere get their kicks searching out modern day horror shows like Shipstern Bluff.

Surfers in order of appearance: James Hollmer-Cross, Tyler Hollmer-Cross, James McKean, Martin Paradisis, Rudi Schwartz, Mikey Brennan.
