Tickets are now on sale for the 3rd Annual London Surf / Film Festival presented by Reef. Hosted 31 October – 3 November at the iconic Riverside Studios, Hammersmith, the London Surf / Film Festival is a celebration of the cream of contemporary surf culture from waveriding’s most exciting creatives.
Across four nights we are bringing to the UK international surfing’s hottest releases: 1 huge World Premiere, 3 European Premieres, 11 UK Premieres, and a host of award winning films.
“I’m hugely excited by this year’s programme,” says Festival Director Chris Nelson. “It’s a feast of jaw-dropping action, eye-popping cinematography and epic sound tracks showcasing the breadth and depth of what surfing is all about. There are cutting edge performances in films like Innersection Black and Almost Cut My Hair, brave documentaries like Learning To Breathe which explore the darker side of our subculture, and highly anticipated features like Bella Vita and The Salt Trail which inspire unparalleled travel lust. I can’t wait to see the films played out on the big screen in the capital to an amped and knowledgeable UK audience.”
The full line up includes the pick of The Shorties short film competition presented by Reef, established to give homegrown filmmaking talents the opportunity to flex their creative muscles on the world stage. The weekend’s celebrations will be accompanied by Q+A’s, a gallery show, music and more!
Tickets are on sale now priced from £7.50 for full line up and ticket info see: www.londonsurffilmfestival.com
