light blue water usually gives me a warm impression. but seriously not cold with a decent wetty on. although i dont think england benifits from the gulf current

Middle of the Atlantic????????? Better get yourself a better atlas mate. North Sea on one side and Atlantic on the other with ireland blocking most of the swell. It only really gets really good in Cornwall/Devon/Wales area of the coast and Jersey etc. As well as Scotland and Ireland, and yes I know Ireland isnt in the UK. Dont get me wrong you guys do get some really good surf over that side I am not trying to take that away.
