This spot doesnt really get that good that often, very fickle and long drive from Cape Town.
This spot is lank sharky and you dont realy need a wetsuit, its actualy near Durban, Old Pier or something, glass all over the beach and chumming in the lineup.

Alas .... I too am not sure where this spot is ... however - I've seen other photos from this session and I can check its neither dunes nor witsands ... nor derdes ... nor is it any of the other top 100 commonly surfed spots in and around cape town :)
not serious - surfers prepared to travel and charge in cold water deserve to do it in uncrowded conditions - imagine if it was like new pier in june - yuk!
Please dont name the spot. Awesome awesome photo. Wide angle, sharp and the relaxed stance of the surfer on a wave that certainly looks like it is going to get critical soon.
