lol @ bahamas! Naw dude I think your mistaken. The water color at the wedge is rarely that blue. Although, I have seen people mess around like this at the wedge.
This is at The Wedge in Newport Beach. It has been on Rom Romanosky's website for years and is still there (check it out yourself). It is not in the tropics. The water at this spot gets very bright blue sometimes.
We need a competition for weirdest surf craft and biggest wave photo. There's this one and the Bugga boys at Levy in a dinghy so far, just need a few of a deep pit at Teahupoo on a rubber ring and a poly board at Jaws. Might upset some psople on here where unless the pic is of a stand up who paddled into a 25ft wave, they call it gay

Surf was Steaming? Juicy? Grinding? Funny lots of the words can be related to the kitchen - why.....do you think it may have been that the first surfer was a woman and hence the reference to the kitchen?
Sat and Sun at New Pier was awesome. Got hit by a 3 setter and had my fin sucked off my foot...yeah it was a first for me, but got totally nailed in my paddle out from North Pier, but got out. Where were you Shorey? Sat was clean and awesome with some real bombs!!
Thats just awesome mate, good on you! Ive found that its a real challenge not to pearl on those badboys, i can safely say that you can ride a dinosaur much better than i can haha! Can't wait to see the sudden influx of animal riding shots on MSW now lol (not that kind of riding to the jokers out there...!).
