	Answer the question of accelerated drop: I'm a physics major, so please forgive me if I seem a little too detailed. It's changing your velocity as you drop down the face. The velocity changes as a result of a product between the gravitaional pull of the earth and the sine of the wave's angle. The steeper the angle, the more the acceleration-just like in snowboarding or skiing.
