Thanks for this photo. I learnt to surf in Ballito in the 80's and I remembered the biggest waves, really big and I wondered if this was just my imagination. However, having spent 2 years surfing there I remember massive days, just awesome. It is good to see my memory is not that flawed. Now encountering the very rare, massive Mediterreanean winter storm swells and still loving it.
