I really like this one Joggly! Dark rocky bluff fills up the entire background. Light angle and direction makes the surfer, white water and nearshore area beyond stand out in contrast. Great timing on capturing the action. This is ART!!! Thanks for sharing.

Hey Joggly, the famous tennis player Arthur Ashe once said “Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can." He went on to win 3 grand slams titles in his career. Apparently he was a really crap surf photographer though, so its swings and roundabouts really isn’t it. I have had to remind myself of this quote on many occasions in my life (usually when I am in bed with a vastly more experienced slapper!)

I took a hundred snaps to get a couple, the lucky dip camera only just captured the magic, I'm a little disappointed. Glad youre feel'n it. Thanks !
