Yep...It's over...but Soutie's latest response, haha, with an appropriate YouTube clip, has given me another British sitcom/series (that I didn't know about) to enjoy...ALRIGHT! STOOPID AMERICAN TV....DOH! Hey...we HAD to humor Veep's pun loving tendencies after he gave us that tattoo confessional...didn't we?

PLEAT don't let the pun down come UNGLUED just yet. There's still life in this TAPESTRY of wit. You just have to be more ELASTIC! Although... some of Muench's stuff is a little like COLORing outside the lines...if you get my (needle)POINT. Someone (ISC?) CUFF him for us, will ya? Ooooh SNAP. I'm just SKIRT(ing) disaster now with that suggestion. All right...I'll BUTTON my lip...for now!

Didier Sep 12, 2009 Rating: 0

Oh no! I SEAM to have come to late! All the good puns have been well WORN by now. Theres no way i can DRESS this up as anything but an UNRAVELLING disaster! Guess i should just go and hide in my CLOSET a STICH longer.

Coelacanth Sep 11, 2009 Rating: 1

Does this mean the pun down is coming to a HALTER? I was just getting started. I may have a few years on me...but I'm not that CROCHET(Y) yet. And I dont need any HEMP(altho it's sometimes appreciated) to get around. We've finally got waves again today and I'm planning to get soooo KNITTED!!! What...that one's a STRETCH? Well...pitted didn't work so I had to PRESS something in there. I didn't FABRIC(ATE) the wave story either. It's true. Hope I don't get PULL(ed)OVER by the FUZZ as I ZIP over to coast.

DARN nice work Harv, after CANVASing the opinion polls I think I’ve finally been out classed on a pun-down. Time for a BLANKET ban on puns though. I advise you QUILT while you’re ahead though, Veeps owns the pun-downs. No? SEW that’s how its going to be huh? Think you can STITCH me up huh? SUTURE self.

Hey BRA...yer gonna get ISC's PANTIES in a bunch if you keep creating bad puns. The one about 'C..H' ears is one of the WORSTED puns ever. There should be a BANLON puns like that. SHODDY just doesn't cut it around here mister. It's just like her to start a STRING of replies and then sit back and expect us to entertain her.

The waters 1-2 meters deep at high near the wall and the swell probs about 4ft

a bat in the cave being one of those amusing hanging boogers(snot not sponger(although that would be amusing too)) that oscillate as you breath in and out.

soutie's avatar

soutie Sep 9, 2009 Rating: 0

the beter way to do it is with your leash attached, chucking the board just before touchdown. then there is no faffing with the leash in the water. a word to the wise, though: be sure to pass the board through the railings where your foot went through or you will end up dangling like a bat in the cave.

What about if the wave receeded and he landed flat on his face in soggy sand, now that would be funny.

Kiwi John's avatar

Kiwi John Sep 5, 2009 Rating: 1

Thats 3 or 4 metres max, and its hardly 12ft swell, shark infested waters....the only thing that could really go wrong is if he hit his board (which would be funny)
