I surfed for the first few hours of light with just my buddy I paddled out with. Eveyone else had to dig cars out and take care of the foot+ of snow that blocked everything to even get on the island. Only a few of the local boys showed up for the later morning.... gotta love living in the neighborhood! and I think the water was a balmy 41F that day, it has since dropped from all the melt.
