This is hilarious. The fact that people are getting upset about this picture is absurd. I live down the road from this spot, and I know for a fact that no one in cape ann, and maybe only a handful of people in New England have the skill to REALLY surf this spot, especially at this size. I've surfed in new england my whole life and won't touch this place. I also have friends that have nearly drown here. So I say if you wanna surf this place, be my guest. I'll draw you a damn map if you want. But if for some reason you do have the balls to paddle out, bring a body bag because after you get caught inside by a 10 footer breaking over 2 feet of water onto granite slab, chances are you're not coming up. People need to stop talking shit about a place that they have no business surfing.

to sum things up, dont post pics of secret spots, only a few local guys can actually surf good enough to back up their word in glo but those are the guys who dont talk and dont come surf in glo, its not that good, and youll have a hard time driving home :)

I actually don't know who any of these other guys on here are. Man, you must really have a hair across your ass where I am concerned. I must have really hurt your feelings or something, it's too bad you don't have the courage to reveal who you are or come talk to me in person so I apologize for damaging your psyche so much that you need to continue this tirade. Next time you see me, say hello work out these past perceived slights in person, maybe get a beer. By the way, I never advocate auto vandalism in any way.

To sum things up you can barely speak English. Oh and I love the vague threat of localism. And Danger D calls me a pussy. You'll fuck a guys car up if he surfs your spot? That sounds tough. I just love how deluded your whole crew is. Its like you sit around in a circle jerk telling each other how good you are. That group think has convinced you guys you know how to surf. Everyone who gets to watch you guys surf knows you are basically beginners with egos. I think the guy from South Africa summed it up best.

The irony is that you have never surfed this spot on a real day, ever and you probably never will.

kookpolice...you are a coward, did you get picked on for getting in the way in GLO or somethin?

Sometimes I wonder if you have the smallest penis in the world? You seem to be overcompensating for something. I have to believe its for more than just your below average surfing.

The irony is that you can barely surf Danger D and so cant the entire "local crew." No one is more insecure than cape ann surfers. I have never seen anything like it. If you guys spent as much time in the water surfing as you do bitching about non-locals and crowds you might actually be able to surf. You all are well below intermediate surfers. But damn, you are expert shit talkers.

Stop posting these spots here. It is s small local crew in the area and the rest of you are visitors and if you show up here or at the other better local spots you will not be welcome if you post this stuff all over the site.

How am I being a tough guy. I am simply pointing out how you come across due to the way you act online. Its you who keeps wanting to "step outside." Sorry if you don't like how your comments are being perceived. Its your sense of ownership and entitlement that is so comical. Also, its how you call everyone else kooks. Or tell them they couldn't handle surfing this place. When we both know you cant really handle surfing this place. Apparently you cant handle the truth. Keep deluding yourself danger. Its funny to watch.

The difference between you and I is that anything I would say on here I would say in person and I am sure you will not. I have never run anyone out of the water anywhere but I do find the practice of posting photos of spots that only hold a few people reprehensible and I feel free to say it. Why you feel the need to continue mentioning that I am having a child I don't get but you really should get some balls and say this stuff to me in person instead of hiding behind a screen name. Obviously if you know the details of my life you must be able to recognize me so you could tell me all this in person but you won't. I am, as are most New Englanders yourself included I am sure, an average surfer in the broader scale, so what? Of course you will never have the balls to talk to me directly or say who you are so we can assess your surfing ability. Bravo keyboard tough guy.

So, let me get this straight. Its ok for you to insult people online, tell them that you will run them out of the water, tell them to stop posting pictures, etc. but if someone calls you out suddenly they are the pussy? That's pretty ironic. It seems like you have a lack of self perspective. Re-read your post D. Tell me they don't read as self righteous, condescending and egotistical. I just don't know who put you in charge. You certainly didn't earn it by being the best guy in the water. We all know that. You really should surf more and talk less.

dangerd Apr 13, 2010 Rating: -1

again, as I said on your other post, if you want to level insults you should really have the balls to do it in person, if not, you are truly a punk. And, I probably surf better than you do. I guarantee you have never surfed that spot better or bigger than I have. You obviously know who I am so why not talk to me in person and be a man about it. I will say anything I say on here to anyone in person.

Waaaa... You posted pictures of a spot I surf really badly and way out on the shoulder (If I catch a wave at all.) But, I will front like I can surf. I will front like I am the local heavy. You know what makes someone a local worth listening to? Being a proficient surfer. Spend some more time in the water danger d and stop talking so much. You sound like a silly, insecure grommet.

I was there the day before that shot was taken, it was firing. That wave is so heavy. Whoever you are who took this, please keep the spot a secret, we don't need it ending up like Rye, Judith, Ruggles or the landing. Sick capture.

The irony for those who do not see it: one reason surfers try find emptier waves is to get away from those aggros who try "own" everything. It is normally the aggro, not necessarily the people per se, that chilled-out surfers are trying to get away from. I've had just as many great sessions with 20 cool guys out as awful "empty" sessions with just 1 or 2 real ignorant heavies out. So nevermind the photog, why don't you keep your aggro to yourself?
