Are those tents on the beach? I'm hoping to take the Coast Road Project on tour to Venezuela later this year - can't wait, but I need all the insight I can get.

yep, those are tents (on a crowd weekend), and you can't see the cars park by them. One of the best beaches to camp if you go on a weekday. Weekends sux with all the cars and the loud music.
