Underexposed foreground with a small wave probably shave off a bit of credit. I gave 5 though.

Next time with this king of lighting set up, you could give a try to your flash for more exposure of the foreground as well, you have an excellent composition here, take advantage from it (details of this beautiful tree may have added something...). On iphoto or lightroom, enhance dark tones with a little bit of saturation & see what it gives you...

i think there's nothing interesting in that tree, instead you want to climb up there. this way it's just a perfect frame for the line up, everything focuses on that wave first. really nice, would do easy a travel issue cover in any mag around.
