Actually, both the #1 and #2 teams deserve to party (and they are). But we Yanks, for the most part, need a sport with pauses for beer and pizza runs, and a final score that reflects the quality of the winning team, and not the random vagaries of breezes and other minor climatic events, such as the dampness of the grass. This should hit a score of -100 in about 5 minutes.
