I stay in Durban in sunny South Africa. It's subtropical here so for me Nova Scotia looks really exotic. A holiday in Nova Scotia would go down like a homesick mole.

Yeh, I know. We're maybe a tad warmer in New Hampshire and Maine, but a week ago I had to climb over 3 feet of snow to get to the water, so Nova Scotia won't send me into shock. And I'm descended mostly from Scots, so I should fit right in.

Agree. And it's only a day's drive from me. If I could find someone to pay the mortgage for a couple of months, I'd be out of here today.
