There are not many cows in Cow Bay; actually, I don't even know if there are any cows in Cow Bay; but, there is a very large fake moose protecting the area.

It's funny you should say that. I was out that day in my heated vest. -17C windchill and 2C water I didn't last too long. I actually had to check to see if the vest was still on I was so cold. The wind was up and the spray hitting you in the face as you paddle for a wave is like being hit with buckshot. Also a car in the parking had to get a jump because it wouldn't start.
