I was wondering why there was no one else around... Now that you clarfied that the shot is taken during a heat I understand why it's not crowded at all. I mean when it's fun and classic like this, even remote Canada must be quite crowded ?

He's in a contest, and has a white rash vest over his wetsuit. No wetsuit at this time of year would mean certain body parts disappearing for a while.
