I heard Ron Jeremy moved to Australia for awhile...But then he moved back because he felt so...inadequate.

In Australia that’s a small hillock right? …….Ahhhh to be 10ft taller

Far more sharks on the false bay side... Only times I ever saw a shark on this side was in the clear waters around the hoek cruising right in near the rock. Anyways, stop moaning - we all know the risks. Regardless of chumming etc, we all make that decision to get into the water and do what we love so much.

I'm not sure whats scarier, sharks in the line up or a golf advert on the home page of this website!
the vanity project May 6, 2011 Rating: 4
There could be some mileage in that theory. That month we had all the powerbalance adverts I had been searching google for meaningless tat and typed in the search bar “waste of moneyâ€
stanley May 5, 2011 Rating: 1
Cheers dude, but i wasn't looking at no golfing websites, i promise! Today it's sushi ads, can kinda handle that.

Ad was served via pixel retargeting, you probably visited a golf site sometime in the past 60 days. Clear your cookies then you won't have the problem. If you need me I'll be in my cube being a noob :-/

Firstly, awesome photo of a majestic wave! Secondly, noting all the shark comments... there is a growing sentiment in the underground local Cape surf scene that the ever increasing shark problems are possibly/likely attributed to the ever increasing chumming (feeding) of said sharks for tourists in cages. For more information google the group Surfers Against Shark Cage Diving (dear ed, that is not a direct link plug;)and if you feel what is being said join the cause's Facebook page. After all, its us surfers for the most part who will feel the effects of any change in The Men in Grey Suits' behaviour!

wish i could say the same thing bout the states, but i have never been.

I went to south africa last summer and i planned on shark diving, read up a bit on it and canceled, cage diving is one of the biggest problems in drawing sharks closer to the shores. By the way, unbelievable country, it is one of those places you visit and never want to leave! love the pic...

You don't fool me Crusty. You'd be the first one on the boat to tee a poor little Pekinese off the bow with a 7 iron.

same issue has been brought up in numerous convos i've had with the boys here on the west coast of South Oz, will defo check the page out. cheers.

Beautiful location, awesome wave, epic photo. Thank you sir for taking my mind to where I just came back from after spending 6 months there in summer.
kernowaj May 4, 2011 Rating: 1
Stunning picture. Looks a bit sharky though espically in early evening!
olybug May 4, 2011 Rating: 1
Yep .. agree too. Need more shots where you see the wave in its surroundings not just inside the barrel.
nialldo May 4, 2011 Rating: 2
I've just added this to my places I want to go before I die list. It really is a beautiful photo.
Platinumfinz May 5, 2011 Rating: -1

Nurno May 4, 2011 Rating: 0
That might be a short-lived list judging by the shark comments above! Top shot and brave charger.
fattykelly May 4, 2011 Rating: 11
Excellent. Makes a nice change from all the arty-farty-inside-the-wave shots of late. Super stuff

archibald gruntfuttock May 4, 2011 Rating: -1

archibald gruntfuttock May 4, 2011 Rating: 7
aint that a fact! as others have said, so much better to see the wave in context than some numpty's output who's just bought a go pro and thinks he's warren bolster
