Ooooo just think how many there could be inside of that shark...eating it from the inside out! But that bigger one on top looks like it's been shopped into the pic!

Cat Empire was right. It's called a sand crab by some...ghost crab by others. I've mostly only seen and heard references to them as ghost crabs here.

What?...It's not a sand tiger crab?...Actually it IS called a ghost crab. Maybe because their pale color makes them fade into the background and become barely visible. They are common on the U.S. east coast above the high tide line...and scurry down burrow holes in the sand when approached.
