Jake Kolnik eye to eye with Dungeons, during the second of the Rebel Sessions days at Hout Bay. Sunday saw the biggest swell to hit the Cape this winter. On a cold, wet and blustery morning, Cape Town's big wave hoons congregated at Hout Bay harbour to launch their wave runners and head out for what turned out to be an epic day of big wave surfing. That's easily the best surf photo I have ever seen. I was at Hout Bay a few years back on a calm, pristine day. I had no idea it grew mountains in the winter. Awesome!

go to hout bay, straight through to the harbour, get a pwc, head out right to the seal colony, then at the rocks go left past the shark sanctuary, then as soon as your view on the horizon is blocked by walls of water, you know you've made it there.
