Related to this pic of Barbados...one of my good memories of time spent there was a trip into Bridgetown...and eating butterflied flying fish in a restaurant. It's a well-known dish there...and it was sooo good...Never seen it on any seafood menus anywhere else since. What's the story there Tarik?
