Quite a capture, Stoneage! If you can even come close to matching that once again in your lifetime, you can hang up your saddle and spurs. Inspirational posters should and probably will be made of this shot. "Nature Has Alwasys Been, and Will Always Remain Unconquerable!" I would also like to have seen a shot from atop the unseen 3 story jetty behind you. Last time I tried to climb it, in three different locations, I couldn't even summit the thing with boulders the size of bulldozers.

Thanks, everyone! This is a spot at the mouth of the Columbia river called Waikiki Beach. Waves hit that cliff and reflect off, meeting the next incomming wave with dramatic results. Can't believe this got more hits overnight than all my previous photos combined!

If you look closely the waves kinda look like a giant sea shell has been dropped in the sea.
