Think this location might be wrong. Check the kelp trees on the beach. That looks like the Ikan Tanda run aground on Scarborough Beach Cape Town in 2001. Check out http://web.uct.ac.za/depts/shiplaw/capstorm.htm - You'll see the PCL insignia. Perhaps its the same line and a bizarrely similar coast. The boys had a week or two of surf off het bow before they pulled her off.
